The Rougeot family has produced wine for five generations on appellations including Meursault-Charmes, Meursault Sous la Velle, Meursault Monatine, Volnay-Santenots, Pommard, Monthélie, Saint-Romain, and regional appellations Bourgogne Chardonnay and Bourgogne Pinot Noir.
Les Lameroses is located in the northern part of Meursault below the village of Volnay. This cuvée is more structured and is bottled in the spring after 18 months of élevage. Organic viticulture, hand harvested fruit and 100% whole-cluster fermentation in tanks for 15 to 18 days. Then it spends 18 months in 1-2 year old barrels.
