“Fully flared aromas off blueberry and boysenberry, bitter cherry, nori and lilac are scurried to the finish by peppery acidity and a dab of tapenade across the firm, pliant tannins following a whopping (at least for Australia) 7 weeks on skins and 18 months in salubrious French oak (70% new). This wine is only made in exceptional vintages This is the third and a ripper. Diam. 14% alc. Rating: 97 To 2025.” – Ned Goodwin, Halliday Wine Companion 2020
