Castelli Cabernet Sauvignon 2017



Mike Garland is making some excellent full-bodied cabernet in the Great Southern of W.A. Highly recommended drinking with 10-15 year cellaring potential. Ian Cook – FWC.

Roasted spice and toast notes, a slip of reduction too and then a powerful romp of blackcurrant and violet-like flavour explodes onto the palate. Tannin comes infused with olive green olive flavours but it’s a commanding cabernet, full stop. Drink to 2035. 95 Points. James Halliday – Halliday Wine Companion 2020.
