The wine is vinified in granite lagares and large old vats, with low impact ageing in a mixed of waxed concrete and large Hungarian and French vats. Dualhas was originally planted mainly to Tinta Roriz, but has been slowly grafted to include more Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Jaen, making it a very typical Dāo blend.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThis is open, smooth and easy, but far from simple. Concentrated red cherry fruit, layered with blackberry and spice. It has the floral tang of blackberry, too, with traces of licorice and pollen. A delightfully light palate on entry is open, fresh and easy.
