Beautifully lifted cool climate aromatics – mulberry, spiced cherry, white and black pepper, light brown spices – remind me a little of a Gaillard St. Joseph I had recently. Once again, the balance and persistence are perfect. Starts off quite juicy in the mouth and then all the secondary notes of brown spices, dry Provençale herb kick in.
