Again outstanding quality at the Bourgogne level. I pretty well drank a whole case of the 2013 over the past year (neglecting to keep any). Mid-to-deep crimson in colour. Perfumed plum and red fruits, with earth, forest floor and great depth. Could easily be a village wine. Already quite complex with the pure and textural fruit layered with hints of sap and spice. Finishing very fresh with good acidity. Can happily drink now or cellar 5-8 years. Highly recommended. - Ian Cook, FWC.
