A dry white wine from Chenin Blanc grapes named after its ancient village Savennieres. Slate and limestone soils on south-facing slopes overlooking the Loire in the Anjou district, near the city of Angers. A unique wine, bone-dry, full-bodied, assertive and lingering on the palate. Not aged in oak, which does not suit this wine. Its richness, complexity and ageability place it among the world's finest and most distinctive wines.
