By contrast with the might of the Barossa, it may seem counterintuitive to throw 100% new oak at this spicy Adelaide Hills fruit, but the marriage here is exemplary. Plush black plum and black cherry fruit sits comfortably in a finely crafted French oak framework, uniting in a finish of great line and length. Drink to 2028. 95 Points.
