We only discovered this producer a couple of years ago, and rate them as one of the best in Soave (alongside Pieropan) This is their entry level Soave, and it’s absolutely delicious.
Made from 100% Garganaga (Soave is often padded out with the lesser Trebbiano grape)
6 months on lees. From black volcanic soil. Fresh aromas of soft melon, green apple and almond. Clean minerality with a hint of fresh herbs. Refreshing on the palate ideal for an aperitif, asparagus risotto and great for summer nights. - FWC
