Wilson 'DJW' Riesling 2021

2021 marks forty four years since this gem of a vineyard was planted, The 3500 vines producing a Riesling of the highest quality. Often overlooked, Wilson has long been a dark horse, the roughie in field full of group 1 winners. Fragrant, green and yellow citrus, white spring florals cascade onto a palate that is coiled, fresh and chalky. Very pure and fine-boned with the depth and power surging through to a mineral-rich finish. Knockout Riesling for the price and sensational with fresh prawns, sashimi or spiced seafood dishes.
